QUY TRÌNH THI CÔNG THẠCH CAO ĐÚNG TIÊU CHUẨN
1. Yêu cầu chung trước khi thi công

Khảo sát kỹ hiện trạng công trình: cao độ trần, độ phẳng, hệ thống điện – nước, điều hòa…
-
Vật liệu sử dụng (tấm thạch cao, khung xương, vít, bột xử lý mối nối) phải đạt tiêu chuẩn TCVN hoặc ISO.
-
Đảm bảo môi trường thi công khô ráo, thông thoáng.
2. Quy trình thi công
Bước 1 – Xác định cao độ & bố trí khung
-
Dùng máy laser hoặc thước nivo để lấy dấu cao độ trên tường.
-
Kẻ đường chuẩn quanh phòng để cố định thanh viền tường (U hoặc V).
Bước 2 – Lắp đặt khung xương
-
Lắp thanh viền tường theo đường cao độ đã xác định.
-
Treo ty ren hoặc thanh treo từ trần bê tông xuống theo khoảng cách tiêu chuẩn (khoảng 800–1200mm tùy loại trần).

Liên kết thanh chính – thanh phụ chắc chắn, vuông góc và cân bằng.
-
Kiểm tra độ phẳng của khung, sai số ≤ 3mm trên toàn bộ diện tích.
Bước 3 – Lắp đặt tấm thạch cao

Đặt tấm thạch cao so le các mối nối để tránh nứt về sau.
-
Bắt vít cách mép tấm 10–15mm, khoảng cách vít 200–250mm.
-
Đầu vít chìm 0.5–1mm và không làm rách giấy bề mặt.
Bước 4 – Xử lý mối nối & bề mặt
-
Dán băng keo lưới hoặc băng giấy chuyên dụng tại mối nối.
-
Trét bột xử lý mối nối thành 2–3 lớp, mỗi lớp cách nhau ít nhất 2 giờ và chà phẳng trước khi làm lớp mới.
-
Trám kín các lỗ vít, bả bề mặt để sẵn sàng sơn hoàn thiện.
Bước 5 – Hoàn thiện & nghiệm thu

Kiểm tra toàn bộ mối nối, góc cạnh, đảm bảo không nứt, không gồ ghề.
-
Bề mặt phẳng, sạch, không bám bụi, sẵn sàng cho sơn phủ.
-
Nghiệm thu cùng khách hàng trước khi bàn giao.
3. Tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật thi công thạch cao
-
Sai số cao độ trần ≤ ±3mm.
-
Sai số mối nối ≤ ±1mm so với bề mặt.
-
Khoảng cách vít, ty treo, khung xương đúng quy định của nhà sản xuất.
-
Mối nối, góc cạnh được xử lý mịn, không để lại vết nứt sau khi sơn.
-
Khung xương phải được cố định chắc chắn, không rung lắc khi có tác động nhẹ.
4. Lưu ý bảo dưỡng
-
Tránh va chạm mạnh vào tường/trần thạch cao.
-
Kiểm tra khu vực gần nguồn nước để xử lý ngay nếu có dấu hiệu ẩm.
-
Nếu sử dụng đèn âm trần, quạt trần… cần gia cố khung tại vị trí lắp đặt.
